I’m finding this cream very helpful as a skin barrier and healing my very dry hands. As I’m very sensitive to topicals the only negative sensation I’ve had was a bit of burning on my feet to open areas from cracking as I am barefoot quite a bit. You can definitely feel a slight tackiness which I don’t like but the good weighs out the bad in this situation. I like it so much I’ve shared some with two friends. It is pricey but again does the healing job. The consistency is a cream but not too thick where it takes forever to absorb.
