Our most-picky family member has pronounced this mattress as "very nice and comfortable!" That's a high compliment, because that person really dislikes firm mattresses, rather liking to sink into a mattress. This isn't THAT soft, but we all regard this as a very nice mattress that most people will really like. We set it up in a guest bedroom and have gotten rave reviews on it so far - one asked if it was a particular well-known luxury mattress brand. It was easy to unpack, having arrived in a very heavy, long box. With a bit of careful cutting, sproing! A complete, well-formed mattress emerges!

This mattress is a great low cost alternative to more expensive brands. The mattress arrives in a box and needs to be aired out for a few days to reach maximum thickness. It has worked great for my teenager. The mattress is standard queen sizing. I am very happy with the quality of this mattress and would order again if needing a low cost-high quality option.

The compromise was a topper I’d previously purchased to give it a more comfortable feel. If a return wasn’t so hard, I’d get the 12 in cool gel mattress I ordered my daughter.
