Great mattress and super comfortable. It feels like a medium-firm mattress. I weigh around 120lbs and I haven’t experience sinkage in the mattress. It has a nice pillow top feel with some bounce due to the springs which is what I wanted. The mattress is heavy so two people are definitely needed to take into a room but I managed to unwrap it myself and let it air out. It took like 2-3 days for it to fully air out of the chemical smells (slight smell not too strong) and it fully inflated in less than 24 hours. Getting a solid night sleep without waking up with discomfort in your body or back is paramount to starting your day right. It's been allows you to sink into it yet providing great support all night long with absolutely no body pain or stiffness in the morning. I have had this bed for 3 months now and is very comfortable, my only issue with it is that the mattress top memory foam is wrinkly/bunched. I know this happens from the mattress being rolled up but even though we let it rise for a week it still had the wrinkly spots. I tried kneading them but no luck. I don't think I would like a $2,000 mattress any more than this one. First, as others have noted. it is HEAVY. Unless you are pretty burly, two people will be needed to get it onto a bed. Any tiny bit of odor was gone in a day or two. I actually think the protector I used was responsible for most of the odor I noted. While everyone has a different opinion about firmness, I would rate this as medium firm or perhaps closer to medium than to firm. I would not rate this as a true pillow top, but that is fine with me as it should be a bit cooler in the summer. In any case, having a fluffy top on top of a rock has never made much sense to me. The best part of this mattress in my opinion is the firmness towards the edge. I inched over towards the edge while laying down, and I found that the edge was neither harder than the rest (which I often find and hate) nor did it create a tendency to have me slide off onto the floor. This makes the whole bed usable. I was afraid that the manufacturers hype would not actually be true, but here I think it is. Not sure how they did it, but it seems to work very well. I also tried sitting on the edge, which worked OK, but I didn't buy a mattress to sit on in any case. After only a week of use I can't comment on how it will hold up over time, but it certainly looks to be well made. I much prefer this design with springs as well as foam as it makes it much easier to move around. An all foam mattress does not spring back fast enough to help me roll over, making it more work to move about. My only possible negative comment is that the springs are pretty much at the bottom of the mattress such that I expect that this mattress would not work well if it were only supported by slats rather than a box spring or other flat surface. If I was using slats I would put a sheet of plywood under the mattress and on top of the slats. So, in conclusion, I will not write some over-the-top comments about this being the best mattress ever made, rather I conclude that it is apparently well made, very comfortable for me, and has just the right amount of support all the way to the edge. ... show more

There is some motion isolation for light weight objects. But not two actual people. This mattress did not give firm. It was actually pretty soft and lacked the edge support they claimed would “help you not roll off the edge of the bed”.

The media could not be loaded. So dh and I had a mattress from big online retailer “way” fare and we had it for 7 years. It started to get formed to our bodies and husband felt like he was sunk in on his end and both our backs hurt. So after looking around, we decided on this one for the value and overall positive reviews. Our back pain is gone and bed is comfy. The only thing I wish they would fix is the firmness around the edges. Around the edges it collapses and just doesnt fully form which Im not a huge fan of. But we are both sleeping better and back pain is gone so we will keep it. ... show more
