Glad I made this purchase!

A truly beautiful clock. More like a pice of art to hang! I love it already!

Beautiful clock
Size: 26 Inch Color: Golden Oak
I am very pleased with this clock. Unlike many of the other less expensive clocks I considered, this one is made with real wood, and is not a faux wood finish. It works beautifully, the chimes are perfect, and it is an elegant and useful accent in my formal dining room. It was well worth the extra $$. ... show more

Lovely clock for living room or den
Size: 26 Inch Color: Golden Oak
What I like about this clock: the golden oak matches my other furniture; the setup was easy to understand; it keeps accurate time; it chimes on the hour with several options; it doesn't make a ticking noise; and it's medium sized (not too big, not tiny.) On the negative side for me, I would prefer Arabic numbers instead of Roman; from a distance the clock face is hard to read; it's quite heavy and was a bit difficult to hang. I found it half price from Amazon Warehouse and it works well so far, so I feel it was a good deal for me. ... show more

Bedford, Golden Oak, Wall Clock
Size: 26 Inch Color: Golden Oak
Clock is on the wall and running smoothly. The new clock matches our new flooring recently installed. The clock is pretty and seems to be well made.

Caution!!
Size: 26 Inch Color: Golden Oak
I don't know how the person who sold me this clock had the nerve to send it in the condition it is in. The clock seems ok and it runs because I have an extra pendulum which is still a little long for the clock but they sent the clock with no pendulm handle and the circle part of the pendulum was in the box all bent up like it was run over by a car. I will test the clock before return time runs out and return it if it doesn't work out. I assumed the clock was new until I read the small print on the incoice that it is used. Boy, Some people's kids!!! ... show more

Nice addition that feels like part of my home.
Size: 26 Inch Color: Golden Oak
Esthetically finished wall-hanging clock, that plays bell sounds during a day, and stays quiet overnight. It's one of those things that adds a special character to my home. Unlike those expensive mechanical clocks, this one is set and forget, at least until a battery replacement is needed. Setting of hourly bell is easy; manually adjust the hour and minutes to the actual time. Than wait until a minute arm hits the 12 o'clock number. Than press the set button as many times, as the current hour time is at the moment. You can set the clock to stay quiet overnight. But if it continues to ring, advance the time by 12 hours forward to make sure that the clock's day and night times are synchronized with the actual. I bought the lightly finished clock. But I wish, it was just a little darker. It cannot be stained or repainted, not easily as it is varnished with a polyurethane clear paint. Overall, a great addition to my home. ... show more

Pretty, but flimsy back.
Size: 26 Inch Color: Golden Oak
There is a choice of four different chimes, which is very nice. Very pretty clock and the face is easy to see and read. Heavier than what I thought, although the back is made of 1/8" veneer and the area to hang it is only big enough for a small nail. Bulldog hooks will not work as it needs to be flush against the wall. I did not trust the flimsy back, so I returned it. ... show more

Nice clock for price
Size: 26 Inch Color: Golden Oak
Pleased with quality for price. Slught defect with gold string in bottom glass and I had to synchronize the minute hand with chime switch. Not a difficult task, but I understand why some people complained, if they have never done it and it is not covered in instructions.
