this has an odor that will NOT GO AWAY, leaving it USELESS! It has been outside airing since I got it. The disgusting odor permeates my mattress, bedding and pillows. It is SOOO bad it keeps me awake and NOTHING will make it go away. RETURNING it is impossible, as the seller expects it to be somehow miraculously repackaged, labeled and shipped back.     • Functions well but smells awful!
This wedge is comfortable and does what it should. But I can't get the smell to air out. I let the wedge air out for days before using and it still smells like chemicals. I covered it in towels to use it but the smell seeps right through. I would like to return it, but pillow came compressed in plastic and now will not fit back into original shipping box. ... show more

When I settled on this wedge I wasn't sure it would work. Because of two serious leg injuries a couple years apart that had me sleeping in as recliner for a few years, I decided I should try to get back to a bed finally. Not as easy as it sounds! Recliners can be very comfortable and hold your body more supported than a flat bed. This wedge held me at about the same level as the recliner and my lower back did not ache as it had when I first tried just sleeping with two pillows. It is cozy and has a very soft cover. I had been in the market for pillow wedges to help with my snoring and acid reflux and allow me to go back to sleeping in my bed. The concept of this pillow system was intriguing and since the price was under $40. What I like about it is the different combinations I can make with the pillow parts. The pillow wedges will arrived in an air sealed cylindrical thick plastic with instructions stating that these needed to expand to their fullest size. This wedge is wonderful I bought it for my 98 yr old mother. Yes, 98. Problems with stiff neck and also congestion, so she needs to have upper body elevated. The fact that this pillow can be zipped apart is brilliant. It gives her an option of three different heights, depending on how she’s feeling in any given day. I bought this wedge pillow since I needed to have something to help elevate my upper body when sleeping for health reasons. It turned out to be a great product and basically all I need. It seems to be made from excellent material, its cover is very soft and at the same time does not allow you to slide down, and the fact that it consists of two parts that can be separated is a plus. It is also very sold which meets the purpose of keeping the upper body elevated all night long. After using it for a week, I went ahead and bought another one for my wife. It is kind of expensive though, but nonetheless is worth its value. Note: When we sleep, liquids trapped in the legs during the day start going up to the rest of the body causing some blood circulation issues for some people, among other things, so sleeping with upper body elevated highly mitigates this problem. ... show more

    • Comfortable and adjustable
The sleeping wedge has helped with acid reflux. It is firm but not too much so. The ability to remove the smaller wedge made the height perfect for me. We use the smaller wedge separately and it proved convenient. Overall a good product for a fair price.
