This is a well made Bed Rail. It was easy to assemble with good instructions. I was able to quickly get the legs adjusted to the correct height for the platform due to how the 2 rows of holes on the legs are arranged. I have my bed elevated so the platform is 20 inches off the ground. I also have a 14" mattress. This bed rail was the only one I found of this design type that could work with both. Granted, the portion of the rail to grip or to keep a person from rolling out of bed is not very high above the mattress, but my main use is to catch linens from falling off the far side of the bed. I zip tied a wire panel to the part of the rail towards the foot of the bed to make that area higher since the foot is always raised. I know I'm not the Usual Type of customer for this rail. I don't need it to keep me from falling out of bed. So, my use of the bed rail is not standard. It is not indicated to be used on an adjustable bed, but I am using it differently than most people. I have the foot elevated, not the head. I have the rail 'U' shaped support on the platform on the horizontal flat area just above the middle. It works just fine there. I wrapped the strap to secure the 'U' shaped support around the curved area twice to tighten the strap since the underside of the platform isn't flat. It feels very secure with the mattress in place. I am happy with this purchase.

I boughtbit fir my 88 year old dad because hed fall getting out if bed with his Parkinson. It worked good and easy to put on bed. Sturdy. His PT therapist said it was well built and sturdy.

This bedside support rail was easy to use once it was set up. Unfortunately, the adjustable leg portion did not lower enough for my bed setting and had to be removed, but the rubber foot did fit on the next piece. It also had to be carefully placed on the mattress, so it didn't tilt when I raised the head and foot of the bed. It is sturdy enough to support me when I use it to stand or sit on the bed without the device slipping on the carpet.

Good adjustable bedrail, helps my stroke-recovering mother to get up from her bed along with preventing rollouts. Adjust to pretty much any bed & height (within its specs range), and the bar segment that’s sandwiched between boxspring & mattress is flat enough to not be felt & disturb while laying down.

Side rail helps my husband maintain his independence. Adjustable leg length make it a perfect height for our bed. He likes the storage area. It's perfect for the remotes, his phone, or whatever you need to use it for. The light has a motion senser in it and it works perfect. I charged it two weeks ago and it's still going strong. Light turns on when it sees movement and stays on for 20 seconds. Not to bright...a perfect night light. This is sturdy, good quality and reasonable cost. It helps my husband get in and out of bed, but also keeps him from falling out of bed. I'd recommend and will be buying another.

This handrail works OK but I had to cut the legs off 3 inches to make it fit my bed. It is well built and sturdy but the attachment to the bed could be more robust. It uses a strap to hold it to the bed box spring/foundation. The strap allows the rail to move around some. The cost is good and it is well made. Overall I would look for a rail with a better mounting system next time.
