This has made a big difference in getting in and out of bed. I like the handles extending out both sides and the floor supports are a must. We're still experimenting on exactly where It should be located but i am sorry i didn't get this months ago after first injury. We havent tried the light yet so don't know how practical it is, having a teensy charging cord. For someone who stiffens up at night and has bad shoulders, this is a necessity. It seems quite sturdy and we haven't used the stabilizing strap around the box spring yet.

I bought this before I have to have back surgery, this allowed me to use it to get to a seated position. Very sturdy and well made. I would order this bed rail again. It is easy to put together, comes with picture instructions, and slides in place without too much fuss. I am very happy to report that this bed rail is actually very stable and sturdy when installed correctly. The handles are easy to grasp, and the cushioning on the handles helps achieve a secure grip without slipping. The strap keeps the bed rail from sliding away from the bed with pressure. The adjustable height is handy in case my dad comes to visit and needs it on the thinner mattress in the guest bedroom. I am able to adjust it far while not compromising on the stability of the rail. The extras included in the kit are a small bag attachable to the mid-section of the top rail and a light that is magnetic. The motion light seals the deal. Easy to assemble, no tools, clear instructions. Easy to adjust until I figured out the best place and position. The peace of mind was unexpected. The actual frame is made from pretty heavy gauge steel and easily supports my dad or my weight. It was very easy to adjust the height to fit my bed and it just slips under your mattress and your done. It's exactly what I needed to help me get into bed, it's sturdy enough for me to use without bending or breaking. All in all, this is a solid, well-supported bed rail at a very reasonable price point.

Brought it for my mother who just had a stroke. One of the screws was already broken in the package. My husband used something else to put it together. In the end it turned out great my Mom can get in and out of her bed easily and safely. Not sure where to place the sensory light that came with it .

This adjustable bed rail has been a real "life saver" in recent times. I had a second shoulder surgery at the end of Jan. '25 and remembered how much trouble I had getting in and out of bed. So I saw this and decided I really needed it. It is greatly adjustable in length and height to fit almost any mattress situation. It has a very convenient pouch which I use to keep my phone in during the night. Another BIG extra is the included USB rechargable bar light that detects when you approach the bed in the dark or when you are climbing out. The intensity is adjustable. This thing is VERY sturdy and well built. In my opinion, the cost is worth it!
