I’m working on my “wavy hair routine”. It’s been ages since I’ve embraced my natural wave. It’s still wild but a work in progress! Diffuser works well, no attachments, color and design is fun. Diffuser is a bit shallow but it works great!!

WOW! What a huge difference. I thought I'd try this since it wasn't expensive. I can't say enough good things about it. My curls are less frizzy, and it took less time to dry than with my previous very expensive dryer with a diffuser. This is lighter and much easier to use. The air is warmer since it's not traveling as far, and the results were amazing. Ladies, skip the expensive dryers and try this if you have curls or beachy waves. After owning for a year, it did start to do what other reviewers said it did and turned red hot-right after turning it on and had a burning smell coming from it. I would turn it off immediately after that and not use it for a week or so but I definitely think if I left it on even for a few minutes that it would have caught fire. My worst fear is my hair catching on fire or using a tool that took off whole chunk of my hair off!! I did not have the money to buy a new hair dryer, so I went to use it again and it did not do that. After a few months it started to do it again and more frequently. It also wouldn’t blow much air out the first few minutes of turning it on sometimes. The metal that turns red hot underneath the plastic is very exposed. Which means that if my hair touched it for long enough, it would get burnt off. However, I would 100% recommend this if it wasn’t a risk to use when it does those things. It has 1 cool setting and 2 hot settings. Low, medium and high options. It reduced frizz completely and gave my hair volume while keeping my curls totally alive. I cannot recommend this completely. It’s a 50/50. I think it would be safe to use for a year but if it turns red and has the burnt smell, I would not recommend using it again. ... show more

DO NOT BUY!!! NO STARS, but I had to put one to write this. I’ve bought 2 now because I thought something happened to the 1st one but my 2nd one now smells like burnt plastic. I smelled it and I feel like I instantly poisoned my lungs. I looked at the coil and it’s burnt now. I usually only use it on low because of what happened to my first one. I will be learning from my mistake and spending the extra money on something that isn’t going to catch on fire or electrocute me. HORRIBLE company and blow dryer. No care for peoples well being at all. Almost every product of theirs is considered carcinogenic. Shameful. ... show more

Not A Hair Dryer NOT a hair dryer, stressing it's a styling tool people.... This is one of a kind diffuser in that all pieces stay together. If this isn't going well for you I can't stress enough study some you tube on what and how to achieve the look you desire. I have red hair which means lots of frizz and messy curl pattern. With my curly hair shampoo/conditioner and a curl cream this diffuser has made my hair perfection I love love this tool. Excellent product does exactly what a diffuser does. Great ergonomic design compared to a typical dryer with diffuser attachment. Much lighter and easier to control if you’re not great with hair tools or have some mobility concerns. Left my curls looking great and frizz-free (2b/2c shoulder length shag) and dried quickly with warm air and low speed. Perfect size and shape to toss in a travel bag as well.
