I use these for general training, mostly on road and dirt surfaces. I find them very comfortable and true to size. They're not overly springy but they provide good cushioning and good stability. I've had knee and back surgery so that's important to me. Minimal heel to toe drop allows for a variety of strides so they adjust well to different conditions. They're also quite stable and lighter than they look. Not a racing shoe, tho (obviously). I bought them in two colors by accident but like them enough to keep both pairs. Good tread, decent arch support and cushioning. Sizing was correct (I ordered a wide). Just didn't like the color, which I thought would be more of a grey...& it was actually tan-ish.
