If you need to add texture to your fine, thin hair, this hair spray is what you want. It does hold very well if you want it to do that, but it also just adds texture and volume if you spray it all over or just at the roots and then gently comb it out. I can't count how many cans of this I've gone through -- it's the only one that works, even in high humidity, and doesn't have a scent that overpowers my perfume.     • SUPER STRONG HOLD

I’ve been using Bed Head Hard Head hairspray for about twenty (20) years now. I have side swept bangs so I need something with a strong hold. I have somewhat thin hair. It’s medium length. Every other hairspray I’ve tried does not hold my bangs and they fall in my eyes. I’ve tried Kenra, Sebastian Shaper, Big Sexy Hair just to name a few. I only use hairspray on my bangs. They don’t move once they are sprayed. This hairspray locks them in place. I don’t have to use a lot of it. Three or four sprays and that’s it. The hold will last all day long. I’m a stay at home mom but when I did work I would spray my hair at 6am and they would still be in place at 10pm at night. My bangs would hold up to wind unless it’s extremely strong. Something else that makes this hairspray awesome is that it does not have a wet look when sprayed and it does not have that white flaky buildup. My mom started using this too after Kenra changed their formula. We have completely different hairstyles. Hers is short with lots of different layers. She has very fine, thin hair. She sprays all of her hair and has issues with her hair falling flat. Hard Head does not hold her hair all day but it holds her hair longer than any hairspray will. She says it’s easy to style her hair with this hairspray. We used to get it from hair salons then Walmart started selling it cheaper. Then Walmart never had it in stock so we started ordering from Amazon. We have been ordering from Amazon for a couple of years now. The price is better and sometimes you can find it in lots at an even better price. Recently, I’ve let my bangs grow out and they are at an “in between stage”. I’m trying for curtain bangs and I’m having a hard time getting them to stay in place. I’m hoping Bed Head hasn’t changed their formula. My mom hasn’t noticed a difference with the hold in her hair. I have VERY thick, coil shaped curly (layered) long hair, which looks absolutely STUNNING when I fix it. I cannot tell you how often people stop me and ask about what products I use in my hair....I have a mixture of products I apply to damp hair, and when I'm done Diffusing, I use THIS hairspray! And let me tell you, I am not exaggerating when I tell you every 2nd person stops me in the street or wherever i am, and asks about my hair products! My friends initiated a rule years ago, that, when we go out for girls night, we MUST go and hour earlier, bc I keep getting stopped and asked. The funny part is, I have screenshots of all of the items I use, and this hairspray is the cherry on top. So, I give PR via word to mouth, and the ladies write down the names, or some even take pics of them from my phone...this hairspray goes on easy, does not overpower you with fragrances, but it HOLDS like there is no tomorrow !! It works 100 % and I'll recommend this to ANYBODY...short hair or long...it will keep your mane in check ! The best part is....no flakes, glue lines or difficulty washing out !!!
