    • Is there a way to stop the nozzle from breaking from the hose connection?

I believe I have ordered 3 of this item and although it is an EXCELLENT product, the spray nozzle seems to break that causes leaking/spraying. Otherwise, wonderful product.

    • Don’t store under pressure

I have had several of these by various manufacturers. They are wonderful hoses, easy to use and store. The key is motto never leave them sitting under pressure. They will last much longer if you turn them off after every use and release all the pressure from the hose.

    • Hose sprang a leak after less than a month of use

Looks nice, but hose sprang a leak when hose fits into its fitting after a month of use or less. Not useful to me anymore, as I live in the dessert and get fined for high water usage, I don’t need a constant back spray from the hose. Waste of my money.

I bought this stainless steel garden hose because I was tired of the cheap plastic ones that always kinked and leaked. I am very happy with this purchase. The hose is flexible, lightweight, and durable. It does not kink or twist, and it does not get hot in the sun. The brass nozzle is also very nice, with a good range of spray patterns and a comfortable grip. The hose is easy to coil and store, and it looks great in my garden. It failed after less than a year. The metal broke and the tube burst close to the head. The inner tube seems like a single layer rubber with no special reinforcement. I was able to repair it with a barb splicer and pipe clamps (see photo). Looks ugly but it's holding up to the water pressure so far. You can see how the alum sheathing is necessary to keep the tubing from over-expanding. That being said, it's a decent product. It's light weight and tangle free. The included hose spray is nothing special but nonetheless useful. This product seems more durable than the expandable fabric hoses but lighter than the standard rubber hoses, both of which I own. ... show more

I bought this to use on my automatic water valve for my yard sprinkler. I bought one made of rubber from Walmart, but it burst and water was running for hours before my neighbor finally turned it off. This one can stand the pressure.
