Very happy with this chair. It's very comfortable and fabric is substantial.The wheels roll smoothly on carpeting. It's a bit more elegant, like living room furniture, which I wanted because my office area is right off the main living area and is visible to everyone . The swivel and up and down controls work smoothly. This is my first "real" office-like chair and I should have gotten one sooner. Much nicer and more comfortable to sit in than the extra wood dining room chair. Others mentioned assembly issues. I will say every chair I have purchased getting the back attached to the base requires some patience and sometimes agility esp if you're doing it alone. Directions were sparse, just pictures. And didn't mention the bottom is velcroed on so you can access the drill holes. Took me a minute to realize that, Doh!! Anyway I assembled it in under an hour. Love it! ... show more

Came well packaged, unassembled but very easy to put together. Nice looking chair, but It came with a flaw - the seat cushioning has a big dip in one place, like the batting is missing, or got glued together and pressed too much. It does look like it’s evening out a bit after a few days of use.

I really like the chair. It is comfortable and attractive. However, this is not upholstered with linen fabric as stated. It is a cheaper chenille fabric. That is disappointing. Hope it holds up.
