Absolutely Amazing Basketball Goal and Outstanding Customer Service! I rarely write product reviews, but this one absolutely deserves it! I purchased the AWII SPORT Portable Basketball Goal for my son, and it has quickly become one of the best purchases we’ve ever made. From the moment we set it up, he was completely hooked. In fact, he loves it so much that he wants to shoot hoops from the time he wakes up until the time he goes to bed. My wife and I were shocked when he started getting dressed independently in the mornings just so he could get outside earlier and play basketball. At night, we actually have to remind him to stop because we’re worried he’ll keep the neighbors awake with all the excitement! The assembly process was incredibly easy and straightforward. We had it put together in no time. Unfortunately, before I properly weighted the base, we experienced a very strong gust of wind that knocked the goal over. The fall caused the rim to bend, which was completely my fault and not a defect in the product. This is where AWII SPORT truly impressed me. I contacted customer service expecting to purchase a replacement part, but the representative was beyond kind, professional, and helpful. They listened to my situation and sent me a replacement rim completely free of charge! In today’s world, that level of customer service is rare and deserves recognition. The goal itself is sturdy, looks great, and has provided countless hours of fun and exercise for my son. More importantly, it has motivated him to be active, spend more time outdoors, and develop a love for the game of basketball. Because of both the excellent product and the exceptional customer support, I am planning to purchase four more of these basketball goals for family members. We’ve owned several portable basketball hoops over the years, and this is by far one of the best. Many of the others we bought eventually cracked, warped, or became brittle after sitting outside in the sun and heat. This one has held up extremely well through all kinds of weather. The backboard and frame have been much more durable than any of the other hoops we’ve owned. My son hung of the rim and it bent, I reached out to customer service expecting to have to buy a replacement rim, but they offered to send me a replacement at no charge. That level of customer service is hard to find these days. If you’re looking for a portable basketball hoop with a sturdy backboard and a company that stands behind its products, I would definitely recommend this one. We are very happy with our purchase and really appreciate the excellent customer support.

Just bought this hoop after my daughter showed some interest after a basketball camp. We have. 3 year old and a 6 year old. I like that this is able to be assembled with 2 poles for a shorter hoop or add the 3rd pole for when they are older/taller and eventually work up to a regulation 10ft hoop. It assembles easily. I would recommend 2 person assembly but I did it by myself in less than 1 hour.

I bought this basketball hoop a few years ago and it was a workhorse. Sitting out throughout the winters and summers, and getting a fair amount of use from teenage boys. I love how easy it is to adjust the height and that it has wheels. The backboard ended up cracking and falling apart within the last few months. But the thing that finally did it in, was because some lunatic ended up hitting it with their Mazda in the middle of the night. Impressively, even after the car smashed into it, the whole thing spun around, but the pole was mostly unharmed. Just a little bent to the side. So I'll be ordering another one!

We’ve had this hoop for a 1.5 years now. It gets a lot of play and it’s grown with the kids. The ability to modify the height means my tiny kids and my older kids can both enjoy with a simple lever to shorten and heighten it. To boot, when you need to add another pole as kids get even better and taller, it’s very easy to do - you don’t need to mess with anything at the base - you just add the extension pole to to be the new center pole. Note, the lowest position when all three poles are inserted is 8ft, so if you want anything less than 8 feet, then you should leave the center poll out when you assemble.

I waited a few months before writing this review. This is a nice basketball hoop, it really looks good once it all comes together. I like that it can be adjusted as far as size for shorter individuals(or growing youth) but not to short. I usually assemble things myself but I figured let a man do this one because it will become extremely heavy as it is assembled. The back board had a noticeable dent in it when it was unpackaged and the seller was very responsive and made it right when notified. Note: When it is time to lift this after you put it together please have someone near to help you. Also, I added water into the bottom compartment and spray painted two center blocks black thn placed them on top for extra security and so it won't look bad sitting on top. If this thing falls please believe it will knock you out and or injure you so take precaution from the start. Plus if you keeping it outdoors for the winter it is a great idea to ensure that a heavy wind won't disturb it. It has two wheels for transport but again it is heavy. Moves with ease tho.

Not only is the product cheaply made - I broke a screw tightening it, I was orignally sent a tent instead of the goal. Once I finally received the goal, it was missing a part. When the part did arrive, it was the wrong part. I am a month in & still no goal. As a ball coach, I do not recommend due to quality & the multiple times I have been sent the wrong pieces.
