I bought this portable basketball hoop as a Christmas gift for my 10-year-old nephew, and it has easily become one of his favorite presents. The instructions were clear, and all the parts fit together as expected. Once assembled, the hoop looked sturdy and well-proportioned, not flimsy or toy-like. I like the quality of this product and the size of the basketball hoop. The base is long enough, the height is adjustable, so both adults and children can play on it. I purchased this in the winter and I did not use it until spring season. In about 4 months of use the orange paint on the back of the rim is chipping off. During assembly, the handle that your turn to adjust has a small disc at the bottom that is a locking ring. On my set this lock ring was not in the correct position I had to get a pair of pliers and pull it up into the slot. It does adjust up and down fairly easily. They give you two nets in the box, the nets do wear out so you will use the extra one within 6 months probably. Customer service responded based on my feedback and sent me replacement parts free of charge. Update from 3 to 4 stars based on customer service.

We’ve been using this Yohood portable basketball hoop for a few weeks now and it has exceeded our expectations. The 44/48 inch backboard is the perfect size for driveway and backyard play, and it really feels sturdy compared to other portable systems we’ve tried before. Assembly took some time, but the instructions were clear and all parts were well packaged. Once set up, the 10ft height adjustment works smoothly, which is great because we can lower it for the kids and raise it back up for adults.
