I realize now that this cover is for decor and I should not have made the assumption that I could use it in order to prevent rodents from entering my bathroom this way. It fit well for the most part because it is adjustable, which is great, but there was a gap at the bottom which would allow rodents to come through. I was going to try to close it up with tape, but I was afraid that heat would make the adhesive create a toxic odor. Honestly, I do think this is a nice product if you are using it solely for decor. I just wish with all my heart there wasn’t that gap! I returned it because I am seeking something to close it completely.

Overall, these heater covers look very nice and seem like they’d be pretty easy to install. The metal feels sturdy and the finish is clean and neat. The fact they are adjustable is a huge win! They would have been a great upgrade — but my heating units are so old and attached to the wall, so I couldn’t use them (old-house problems, not the product’s fault!). If your heaters are the right type, I’d recommend these — they’d really clean up the look of a room around a heater. Now I have to figure out a way to repurpose since I can't return... but again, these are definitely one of the better baseboard covers I've seen.

What a super nice upgrade to my baseboard in our guest bathroom. It simple looks fantastic. It couldn’t be more easier to install. There absolutely nothing to it and one of my kids could do it. It allows the heat to come out and circulate just perfectly, functions properly and not concerns about heat. The fit is perfect, you have room to adjust that if needed. Such a modern look, and the best part so easy to wipe! Definitely worth the value for the money. I would love a whole hours do over of baseboards. I’m going to tell you honestly do not hesitate on getting it. The one I had on previously started to rust through the years and my bathroom looks absolutely perfect now.

These pretty simply cover the old convectors - no real muss or fuss involved although you could screw them in or use new hanging tabs that are included if you want to. It's a much nicer modern look albeit a fairly expensive cosmetic upgrade if you need to do about 130 linear feet like I would... They're thick heavy steel with a good enamel job, but the edges can be sharp, so be careful handling. 4*

This was surprisingly easy to install and made a huge difference in our little bathroom. The vent cover in our bathroom was ugly and rusted and no matter what I did it just never looked clean. Replacing it was the only option left. It looks great!!! I thought it was going to be more intimidating than it was. It did take some time. Mostly because it goes next to the toilet which was difficult to figure out. After some deep breaths, prayers, and a lot of patience over the tight space, it was actually not hard. As much as I would love to get my bathroom redone, I think I can tolerate it better now that it doesn't feel so gross, now that the heater vent is so beautiful and cleans so easily! Who knew such a simple change could have such an impact on the feel of the room.

The kid came home from college and moved into the basement. I don’t question his life choices. The world’s a complicated place. But I DO question his...bathroom aim. Did you know old baseboard heater covers can rust? I didn’t. Then one day I walked by and saw what can only be described as a crime scene in slow motion along the bathroom wall. Enter this little miracle. Installation was a breeze: Even for the kid (I wasn't about to touch the old one.) The cover slid on like it had been anticipating my moment of despair. The adjustable length made it easy to fit the weird basement setup, and it came with the end caps, so we didn’t have to pretend the kid has real-world skills. Now the bathroom (or at least this one part of the bathroom) looks clean, updated, and free of any lingering evidence that the boy failed his Air and Fluid Dynamics classes the first time around. The heater cover looks sharp and feels solid, and most importantly, doesn’t make me shudder when I pass by the room. Final Word: If you've got rusty, crusty, haunted baseboard covers, this is your redemption arc. Just don’t expect it to clean the toilet. Apparently that’s still my job.
