Works great for my plant shelf! Sleek, slender, lightweight & has many hanging options. An attractive, professional quality, minimalistic lamp. Very simple to use. If you're wondering if it'll be bright enough? I promise it's *HELLA* bright! (I can't even look directly at it lol. Perfect ✓) Neither warm nor cool toned & no flickering- it's a true, full, bright white. I bought both a 1' & a 2' to replace an old 3' fluorescent fixture, but I don't even need both! And I'm still keeping the 2nd one, because it's so super bright, I'd hate to let it go. I'd be thrilled if they made a dimmable version and/or remote, but those aren't options on this model, which is not a criticism- I knew that when I bought it. But YOU should know too, if that's what you need. The switch is *inline* on the cord, so unless you use a separate controller or a timer, you'll want to make sure you install it in a way that you can still reach. Side note for FISH PEOPLE: This would be a GREAT alternative to expensive specialty lamps for a 'high-light' planted freshwater aquarium (provided you're cautious of heat buildup, DON'T set it directly on the lid & protect it from any moisture). Have been using these for a few months now. The daisy chain plugs are nice, they don’t get too hot and produce a strong light that my plants are loving. The size is great too. Replaced my two feed led lights from Home Depot with these and my pants are growing better than they were.
