I am writing this review in the hopes this will help other pet owners out there who are struggling with itchy pets. I have three dogs and all three of them suffer from allergies especially during the springtime every year. This year was especially bad as we had a lot of winds in California so they were losing sleep from the constant discomfort and itching inviting at their paws. I was so frustrated because since I lost my job I couldn't afford to take them to the vet as I normally do and spend $200 each for the cytopoint injection which usually calms their allergies. Not to mention trying to get an appointment with a vet here in Los Angeles is nearly impossible as the wait is about a month at minimum. I tried everything from benadryl, apple cider vinegar, baking soda, over the counter products, medicated shampoos and leave in products but nothing was working. I even changed their diet and started cooking for them thinking it was a food allergy. My poor dogs were so uncomfortable especially my dachshund he wasn't sleeping. One day I decided to look on Amazon and see what offerings they had for this issue and I read lots and lots of reviews for different products but decided to buy these. Well as you can see in the photos my doggies are very happy and relaxed now as they get to sleep. I could not believe how quickly and how effective these were not to mention how delicious they must be because my dogs really love them. I give them two each every morning and they really look forward to them. They look and smell like dog treats. Now when I first got them my dogs were especially itchy and it didn't seem to work right away. But nonetheless with a little patience, they each got a bath and started taking them. I noticed it after the second or third day of them taking these that they were calming down with the paw licking and biting. I was losing sleep myself so now I am also sleeping much better seeing them happy and relaxed. Do it yourself and your pet a favor and get these it will save you money and you're helping your pet because it's natural. I plan to keep buying these permanently as they have allergies all year long. I am so grateful to this company and to Amazon for providing this product for me especially during this time with covid when things are scarce and many of us lost our jobs.

In my search for something to ease my Jake's hot spots, I came across this well reviewed product. I bought 2 containers. Within a week of starting him on them, he showed definite signs of improvement that continued as time went by. So, I bought another 2 containers. When I opened the new ones, I noticed that the color was different than the original ones I'd bought. It was a lighter brown that tended toward gray. They smelled the same so I continued to give them to him. After about 10 days, he started scratching again and it got worse over time. I didn't know what to think. Had I gotten a bad batch? Did they change the formula? Had he built up a tolerance? I wrote the company, providing the times I'd bought them and the batch number of the last ones. They said that no, it wasn't a bad batch and they hadn't changed the formula and they would be happy to refund my money (which they did). Now I know why they offer the refund. Needless to say, I'm very disappointed that this product quit working with the subsequent containers. I hope your experience is better than mine.

My mini dachshund has always been a little itchy. We lived in the mountains all her life until she was 6 and then I moved to a valley in an area renowned for high and diverse pollen counts (lots of ag and trees from around the world). After that, the itching was constant to the point she was scratching patches of fur off. She also had continuous ear infections after the move. The vet determined it was likely environment and not diet (her food hadn’t changed since she stopped eating puppy food but that doesn’t always matter). We started Apoquel during the non-winter months probably in 2018 (.5 tab of 5.4mg per day for a 12 lb dog). With pandemic and inflation, Apoquel is $2.83 per pill, which totals out to be about $1.40/ day. Plus you have to go see a vet annually to get the prescription renewed (no bloodwork, just office visit and they give you another year). And there are some side effects with long term use. We started the Advanced Allergy Support chews a couple months ago. I had to double the dosage (4 per day- dosage reads 2) but she has as much relief with these as she had with Apoquel. She is not itch-free but she is as comfortable as she was before. They do have some calories so I just make sure to not overdo treats and she has not gained weight. Factoring that the chews are around $30/container of 120 right now, the cost per day is $1. The daily cost is .40 lower and she gets other vitamins that are good for her. And no need for a costly and stressful trip to the vet. Definitely a win for us!

I’ve had my dog for 6years , he was a rescue, the best dog I’ve ever had , only bad thing he shed like crazy , i mean if u pet him a handful of hair , it took about 8 days of 3 treats a day , he literally doesn’t shed any hair anymore, wish I knew about this product 6 years ago
