’ve tried a few different bariatric vitamins and this one has been the easiest for me to stay consistent with. The capsule is small enough to swallow without feeling like it’s getting stuck, which is a big deal for anyone who struggles with larger pills after surgery. I also appreciate that it’s once daily — anything more than that and I forget. The iron dose is higher than most standard multivitamins, but it hasn’t caused any stomach issues for me. No nausea, no metallic taste, and no weird aftertaste. The bottle also lasts a full three months, which makes it convenient and more affordable long-term. What could be better: The smell when you first open the bottle is a little strong, but it doesn’t affect the taste of the capsule. Other than that, no complaints. These are super easy on my stomach post bariatric surgery! I've tried other brands and they make me nauseous but these seem to settle just fine with no side effects and we're approved by my doctors. These are priced lower than many other of the products that are out there and they do just as well as the higher priced vitamins.
