I’ve noticed with a lot of vitamins that when I burp shortly after ingesting, I burp and get a nasty taste but I haven’t had that issue with this vitamin. There’s no smell at all when I open the bottle. My energy level has improved. While the capsule is a little on the larger size, it was really easy to swallow. A great quality vitamin that I will continue to purchase.

They do make me feel sick but I’m pretty sure all multivitamins do that. I just take it after eating a string cheese or yogurt and go to bed immediately after so I don’t feel sick haha. All the other brands I’ve tried had that smell and taste I couldn’t stomach. I would just not take them because I dreaded it that much. THESE DON’T HAVE THAT! Seriously no smell or taste!! Besides a supplement having the things I need, I would say this is the most important factor for me. This is the only brand I’ve tried that doesn’t have that problem. By far the best I’ve tried.

My labs have continued to come back great with this bariatric vitamin, it is also easy to take in capsule form, and it's affordable. That being said, there are two things to note: 1) there is zero calcium citrate (this type is a must for bariatric people) so you'll also need to take a calcium supplement, and 2) if I don't eat when I take this vitamin, I get very sick to my stomach and, at times, have thrown up.

I have read various reviews mentioning nausea when taking. I have found that to be the case ONLY if I don't take it with some food. I've been taking these for over five years now and as long as I take it with food (generally an actual meal and not just a few crackers), I've never had an issue.
