My labs have continued to come back great with this bariatric vitamin, it is also easy to take in capsule form, and it's affordable. That being said, there are two things to note: 1) there is zero calcium citrate (this type is a must for bariatric people) so you'll also need to take a calcium supplement, and 2) if I don't eat when I take this vitamin, I get very sick to my stomach and, at times, have thrown up. ... show more
