I am unable to swallow as they are enormous, but could easily be chewed. I prefer to crush them in a mortar and pestle and mix with plain vanilla yogurt. I prefer the strawberry but it comes with iron which I cannot tolerate…so the mixed fruit is not my first choice for a vitamin without iron but the yogurt makes it palatable. I tried both for a month and now subscribe to this one…it’s easiest way to get all your vitamins in a few tablespoons…you could also crush any others you have to take in the morning (crushable only of course) and get them all down. Good product for me.

these taste pretty good for vitamins. The smell just throws me off so I have take it and chew fast. I probably wouldn’t LOVE any vitamin to begin with. So I’d say these a pretty decent for me to not hate it.

These vitamins definitely get the job done; however, the taste will take some getting used to. After my gastric sleeve surgery, I was looking forward to something tasty and these were not it but according to my dietician these chewable vitamins had everything I needed so the I'm happy knowing I can get everything I need in one vitamin.
