Squats hurt my neck. No matter how I tried laying the bar on my back killed my neck. I quit even trying one of the best workouts on earth. My wife suggested a poll noodle but I found this. Made of very thick foam I can now squat all the weight I want and I do not feel the bar on my neck. It changed everything for me. I suggest everyone get one.

my wife bought this for doing squats using our new squat rack. she wasn't cool with using a towel, and wanted a more comfortable lift/squat. I like this cushion for what it is, my only issue is she lost those straps that come with it, and I've had it so I'd start moving under the weight bar and have the thing pop off the bar, not a deal breaker, just an minor annoyance. I gave it stars because I thought it was priced good, and does what we need it to do. Thanks for reading my review and have a good one!

Does it’s job and adds cushion when doing squats and hip thrust. My weights are on the lighter side (75-100) so I don’t know how it holds up when going heavier.
