Let me just say, one of the best customer service experiences with an Amazon purchase. One chair unfortunately arrived damaged (one of the wooden pieces was split). Emailed the company and their response was almost immediate. Sent in some pics of the damage and they sent a new piece. They were pleasant, extremely responsive and seemed truly concerned about making it right in the easiest way possible for us. The chairs are comfortable, look great and pretty easy to put together.

I really love these chairs. They are quality, comfortable & a great size. They are perfect for my island. The color & quality are great & as depicted in the description. However, the assembly/instructions is where I deduct a star. The instructions were so bad. Specifically the piece that you have to attach at the brackets for the back of the seat. It’s hard to determine if the raised piece is needs to be up or down. We decided what made sense & it ended up working fine. The first chair took forever to put together. The online video instructions weren’t great either. However, putting the other 2 chairs together were a breeze after the first chair confusion. They are a wonderful edition to my kitchen.

DO NOT BUY!!! Had these chairs for only days and the screws had started coming out! We tightened them and again days later they did the same thing and this is with very little use! Seller approved a refund/ retum but the returm label was just that, upon arrival at the selected return store they were trying to charge us $400.00 to return their defective items!!! I will NEVER PURCHASE FROM THIS SELLER AGAIN and i recommend that you do not as well. If you are unhappy with the product you will be stuck with them!

Comfy, aesthetic barstools! Once I learned how to build the first one, the others were simple to build. They were light weight, a good size and the material is this nice wood with soft features. Great price for three barstools that will last me a few years!
