These chairs are SUPER comfortable and stylish. Everyone who comes over asks where I picked them up. I still can't believe that chairs this nice are less than $200. The assembly was straightforward. It took me about 15 minutes to put both of them together. There are black plastic rings in the chrome bases. At first, I thought they were broken and necessary for assembly, but they are only there for added protection, so don't worry about them. I had a small chip on the back of one chair, and their customer service responded to my Amazon message almost immediately. I sent a quick picture and had a new chair back two days later! The chairs are sturdy and support my 190 lbs without any problems. I definitely recommend these chairs and this company.

The product came somewhat tiny dings and scratch in manufacturing and shipping not noticable so no issue. It's minor imperfections no need to OCD about it. Thought one weld was pressed to small for bottom but that's part of build. Install was easy but due to my mood at the time even though my son of six stated "daddy, are you sure your building it right?" And my curt reply was "yes and now quiet." He replied "ok we will see about that," I finished the bottom and top portion build and flip it to curse to myself. I turned to my son smiles and proudly said "Son, I love you for making my own mistake and not listening in anger to hear you out Keep being that cool, great job. " I had installed the seat portion upside-down while back portion was correct . Had my son sit, my self weighing 130lb 5'7" and realized other reviewers were correct this is a C-shaped seat that is narrow where most won't might not fit I got worried so had my wife try it out while worried I might have to return it. It passed the rest cause well for comfort and and all. Hope this lasts. I did not get warranty due to seller has it guaranteed it for 1yerb365 days. And the price is fair enough to buy new again in few years of use. The leather portion will need to be worn in for better comfort other than that great product. The seller sent a thank you card which states warranty and to the seller thank you, you might want to correct the card to state spelling of "products" correct instead of "produce".

I like the chairs and I think they look nice. However, I do wish the backs were gray like they are in the pictures. I didn’t check the Wood laminate back color In the specifications before I purchased. I saw the picture and Checked the Chair features. Didn’t think to check the wood laminate back colors. I’m going to keep them because they still look nice. Even with the brown laminate wood back.
