Very well packed, everything was good after shipping there was a nut missing on the tail piece but I just found where it was placed in the wrong place and moved it back to the tail piece where it belonged but everything was good! Easy to set up everything is very solid and plays good I’m new to banjos but it sounds great to me. I waited a while before writing a review but was impressed as soon as the banjo was delivered. It was purchased for our grandson and since I have 60 years playing guitar and quite a few years playing other instruments I understand purchasing online and especially lower priced items can be a gamble. The banjo was built well, sounded great after setup ( not too difficult) and looked great. The sound really impressed us and our grandson has had a blast playing it. There may be some (professional or think they are) that would try to compare it to a more expensive banjo and find something to complain about but for the price and quality especially for someone wanting to try a banjo or just for having an inexpensive instrument I would not hesitate to purchase this one. I own a more expensive banjo and my wife thinks I should sell it and buy one of these for myself. I probably will.

Strings broke immediately and extra set broke instantly. Bought some real strings and everything fine now. The included tuner is useless as is the strap. Bag is Ok. Good quality banjo though. Just don’t pay extra for all the garbage they include.

The media could not be loaded. One of the best instruments I have played under $200. The accessories are a nice touch and it plays, looks and sounds great. It also stays in tune very well, with it still being in tune the next day after setting it up.

This is a beautiful instrument! Unfortunately for me, it was to heavy and to big so I had to send it back. I am going to try a smaller banjo. But is certainly deserves 5 stars. Was packed well, had good instructions and is nicely made.
