Packaging was great. Damage done in the factory with dents beforehand. It still works though. Very quiet and does the job. Grateful for the product but not the damage.

It was a little loud until I filled the fridge with enough stuff, no issues since. It could do without the brand lettering on the freezer panel, but they're just stickers so you can remove it if you want to.

Start it at the maximum of 5 coldness, have had to back it down to 3 as it was freezing my ice cream so hard I had to slice it with a knife, at 3 everything in the refrigerator side is still nice and cold.
