The 1st pair I received had a defect in one of the hearing aids (charge would not hold). Returned them and ordered a replacement pair and these work quite well. Have been wearing them for about 10 hours today and they are comfortable and they are still charged...I'm happy with these.

Back in 2019 I purchased two pairs of their hearing aids and still use them today. So I thought why not try these newer models. Once received it took approximately 4 hours to fully charge both the charging case and the units themselves. The hearing aids are very clear with good noise cancelling. They are very comfortable and smaller than my first pairs from 2019. I have dealt with this Amazon company on a few occasions and always received great customer service from start to finish whether it was for help and/or issues with a order which were immediately taken care of. I thought they might be big/obvious like those back in the day, but they are very discreet. The silver color is easily hidden by my white/grey hair. Set up was easy; microphone picks up everything even the birds songs. ! Nice to hear my son (soft spoken) without saying “huh?” “Please repeat”. You know that routine, right.
