I love that it is so small and fits behind my ear. I am still having some problems with them charging. The are great when I can control the screaming noise when I turn my head a certain way.

The 1st pair I received had a defect in one of the hearing aids (charge would not hold). Returned them and ordered a replacement pair and these work quite well. Have been wearing them for about 10 hours today and they are comfortable and they are still charged...I'm happy with these.

Back in 2019 I purchased two pairs of their hearing aids and still use them today. So I thought why not try these newer models. Once received it took approximately 4 hours to fully charge both the charging case and the units themselves. The hearing aids are very clear with good noise cancelling. They are very comfortable and smaller than my first pairs from 2019. I have dealt with this Amazon company on a few occasions and always received great customer service from start to finish whether it was for help and/or issues with a order which were immediately taken care of. All in all I am very happy with both the hearing aids and customer service. I would definitely recommend trying these units as I feel you would be very impressed. Thanks Banglijian

I was very pleasantly surprised; the product was delivered on time. Instructions were easy to understand and not complicated, this made usage almost immediate. There is a wide range for hearing adjustments for volume, you can raise the sound if needed. Recharging the hearing aids is easy, comfort is fine too. A big improvement over last set of hearing aids.

I thought they might be big/obvious like those back in the day, but they are very discreet. The silver color is easily hidden by my white/grey hair. Set up was easy; microphone picks up everything even the birds songs. ! Nice to hear my son (soft spoken) without saying “huh?” “Please repeat”. You know that routine, right. Overall a great value for a great price.
