This cover really keeps the critters away! I was over at my nephews house and he has a Blackstone. When we took the cover off there were rat droppings on the griddle! Gross! I immediately bought this protective cover for our new griddle and I haven't seen any signs of critters! And believe me, I live in AZ and we have critters everywhere. Not sure if I could use the griddle again if I saw droppings! The thickness and fit are perfect. We do have a lid on our griddle so you do have to make sure the back edge in down tight before closing the lid.

The media could not be loaded. This is by far one of the best investments I have made for my Blackstone. High Quality, easy to use, fits my 22" grill perfectly, once I clean and season my grill top after cooking, I allow the grill to cool off to about 125 degrees to insure any excess oil has been burned off my grill top. I place this griddle mat on my grill surface, and done. Keeps the grill clean, it is safe and can hold up on heat. I always wait until the grill is about 125 to 100 degrees and put in on. The next time I have to use the grill, when I remove the mat, the grill is clean, shining, and maintains the surface smooth and evening coated. When I finish using the griddle, I place this on and then on top of the mat I place the grill cover. Easy, no mess, and will help me keep my grill top clean and ready to go for a very long time. If you have not purchase this Item for your grill, you are not taking care of your grill the right way. You can't go wrong. Cleaning is easy. warm water, little dish soap, wipe it down, and your done. I recommend this product to all Blackstone gill users. Make sure you get the right size for your grill, I have the 22" but is comes for bigger sizes as well. Enjoy your summer and grill.

Good fit. Keeps the grill clean. I have a black canvas cover over the whole unit. I think the wind where I live would blow it off without the canvas cover. It does work well for me.

This silicone cover has worked great for our Blackstone. I’ve watched a lot of videos/done a lot of research about preventing rust with Blackstones and I feel using this amongst other things/steps has helped significantly. It’s very durable, definitely worth the money and if you haven’t purchased one you should!
