It was easy to assemble. The base is heavy so it won't fall over, even in the wind. Good looking design. 3 different heat levels. Good for heating our seating area.

Easy to assemble. I think someone already sent this unit back once as it didn't appear new out of the box. Once you get the on/off button to work, which took several attempts...you just push a button...it heated up but its probably only going to heat a few feet from the unit...admittedly didn't test it out outside because the item appears very cheap and I was ready to put it back in the box. Which I did. Remote only worked inches away from the unit even though I had to remove the plastic "protector". Remote VERY cheap and flimsy. The heating unit points downward and "swivels" up and down, but won't stay up at all. You have to push it up to get to the on/off button and then it slowly falls back in the pointed down position. Just don't buy this item.

We really wanted a heater for our patio to extend the time of year we can enjoy sitting outside but didn’t want to have to deal with propane tanks like a lot of outdoor heaters require. This is perfect! We have easy access to outlets outside so it’s basically just plug and warm! Now we can enjoy sitting outside during the colder evenings. Very happy with the purchase!

Love this heater. It radiates out a lot of heat. I like how you can change the height and the direction the coils are facing. The cord is long and it's pretty stable outside. It really warms up a space quickly.
