We purchased two of these to have in our patio when we have guest over. We recently had two back to back parties for my mom and mother-n-law and they came in handy. It was very easy for one person to put together and only took me 45 mins for the first one and 20 mins for the second one. The heat output is really good and because they're not tall like your conventional ones... it maintains your guest nice and warm. We get a lot of compliments and they create a nice ambiance. The spiral emitter does rust after a few runs but that's expected when it's throwing that much of a flame. However, I wouldn't knock any stars for that since it's still functional and more of an aesthetic issue. Overall, we are happy with our purchase and recommend it.

Update - Jefull customer service sent a new part that was made correctly. After install we completed the assembly and fired the unit up. Looks and works really well. Wish they sold a water proof cover for this unit but have not been able to find one. Otherwise I have changed my rating to 4. ----------------------------------------------- Product arrived with no damage to the box or packaging. All parts were inside the box and looked to be good. Assembly is challenging as the expanded metal that goes around the flame tube is not formed well and needs to be stretched to assemble. (Not really round after assembled - more of a triangle) Our real problem occurred at the base part that holds the flame tube. This weldment was not made correctly and would have cracked the glass. I have a message into the seller, we'll see what they might do for us. For now - We wait.

Fast shipping and ease of assembly. Easy to light and what a beautiful flame. Everyone that has seen it loves the look and warmth that it provides. We like the height of this unit. There are a lot of patio heaters out there less expensive but you will not be disappointed you purchased this one. Now to enjoy our patio.

We bought four patio heaters to test them and and see which ones we wanted to buy more of. This one was by far the weakest, omitting the least amount of heat. I went to return it and this seller does not allow returns. Very disappointed. It seems there is a reason they do not accept returns - they do not stand behind their product.

The media could not be loaded. This looks great on our covered deck. Way more impressive flame than a gas fire pit. It is a bit of a task to put together...I had to repeat a couple steps with the screen. As long as you don't expect it to put out a ton of heat and mainly wanted it for viewing (as I did) it's a good buy. We also needed something shorter as our deck has a high roof.
