This was purchased as a way to provide me discipline posture, and some consistency in my workouts, and it will certainly do that. Structurally is quite sound, and will provide a lot of additional exercises that I can track and increase weight as I get along. Pros: very sturdy. Smartly built. Excellent value for what it cost. I find the pulley system works well. I especially like I can adjust the connection to the Weights as the cables begin to stretch a little bit. The exercise guide sticker is helpful. Cons: the assembly instructions are horrible. Take your time and get as much information as you can from the drawings and illustrations. A single step in the instructions are really five or more different things that need to be done, and if you do them in the wrong order, you’re going to have a problem. I didn’t have a problem putting it together but the assembly took about 4 hours. Tips. Keep a few rags around during assembly, some of the parts are really dirty. Watch some youtube videos of similar machines, it really is versatile; more than the instructions show. (just put the item name in the youtube search) Upgrades: I wish there were some adjustment in the seats and in the seat back and in the chest. It would’ve been nice if it came with a couple different handles. Having some video showing the exercises and/assembly would be great.

The machine is of suspect quality. The product listing describes the "heavy duty" pulley system, but neglects to mention the welds are utterly useless. You'd be better off constructing your own machine out of hot glue and popsicle sticks.

I purchased this for myself. Put it together by myself. And I love it! Comfortable & easy to use. The instructions were clear - as long as you followed them step by step, you shouldn't have a problem. I am a 55 y/o woman & I put the whole thing together alone. The cables were a little tricky but as I said, slow down & follow the directions.

I was worried it was going to be wimpy. I’m 6’5” and over 300lbs. I fit and I’m glad I do. I can move every piece without issue. I’m not trying to be Mr. Olympia but getting in better shape and soon rehab after surgery. For the price, you can’t beat it.
