This is a good quality smart door lock. My husband was able to install it easily and then left the programming up to me. There were a few programming parts that I wasn't quite sure about, however, the company has a video posted that really helps! I highly recommend watching it. You can use a fingerprint, code, or key. To use the key part, you have to pull it slightly and slide the fingerprint part over to the right. I really like that the keyhole isn't exposed at all times. When going through the manual, you will see that there are tons of options like one-time code, silent mode, and holiday mode. I haven't used these yet, but I do see where they would come in handy. For what we use it for, the keypad is all we really need. Our son does love the fingerprint part. I'm still iffy on that after seeing so many spy movies, but my husband assures me that it's ok lol! This was a great upgrade from a previous lock like it, but this has the fingerprint option! It's easy to install, relatively easy to set up, fairly quiet, and smooth. I love the fingerprint option. It makes it very easy to enter with an armful of packages!! This is a nice heavy-duty lock. Made from good material and a solid locking mechanism. Of course, it has keys as well!
