This product came to do me either defective or has poor quality control. There is a gel looking interior that appeared to be poured in during molding process. It created ridges on the inside tip and base. When I tried to cut/smooth it off it created fine stands of the gel (like strands of hair thickness). Very worried about quality and leaving pieces of this in my partner. No thanks. Looks real and good idea, but concerned with the quality.

I bought this device to spice things up a bit. I'm undergoing Testasterone Replacement Therapy and have been struggling with ED. While it's pretty obvious this device won't work well without an erection being of soft material, I hoped it would function ok when semi-erect. It matched my skin tone perfectly and looked freakishly real when I put it on. It adds a bit of girth and a solid inch of length. (I did not care to use the plugs for 3"). I trimmed down the sleeve to fit and was very pleased with the result. It felt amazing having a nice full cock. This item has a nice , realistic size and is not the ridiculously huge type like most sleeves out there. I'm still warming up to the idea of having something bigger than me in my g/f. This item was bigger than me but she had no problem with it. I , however, could not maintain a full enough erection to make use of it in any position other than her on her back and me standing at the end of the bed. You really have to be full to support the extra weight and extremely soft material. I only wish there were more options out there in this size. At 5" in girth (5.5" with me in it), it is the smallest I've seen anywhere online. At least for now, that is the largest I want to go with my g/f. It's a nice step up from my own when I want to fill her up and go longer but not so large that I feel inadequate when we go without it. I hope to try with some Viagra to see if it functions better with a full erection. Otherwise I'll need something like RXsleeve offers at around $300.00.

i am in love with this extension. The adjustable length is a great feature and the texture is so close to real. Although my wife isn't into the whole sleeve thing we have tried it and are gonna use it again. I have noticed a few reviews claiming that the material rips easily but I think that it is quite durable if kept at stock length. The shaft is definitely two layered and on my first one of these I was quick to cut it down as to not scare the mrs. Once cut I can see how folks rip it easily but I still think it's all in how u take care of it. Use plenty of the friction powder and even with its slight tear I can use my first extend it kit with ease.

This is what is commonly called a penis sleeve or sheath. This sheath is made of a soft very realistic silicone and only the 2 inch extension is made of the harder UR3 product. This sleeve is very very realistic, if it is warm, it is indistinguishable from the real thing. It does have a strong scent, similar to vanilla. I cannot comment on it's use with a human penis, I do not have one, I use these on dildos for a more realistic feel for a fraction of the cost of an entire realistic dong. This is basically the outer layer of the dong which feels very real when stretched over hard silicone or plastic toys. I am certain it would be quite pleasurable stretched over a zucchini.

This is a waste of money unless you are small. I am average size and it was a complete nightmare to get this think on. I started looking at it and it is molded of 2 pieces. I came up with the bright idea to remove the inside section. Figured i had nothing to lose as i was going to throw it away anyway. After fighting to get the inside layer out I ended up with basically a thick condom. It works OK this way but will be relegated to the back of the box to probably be never seen again.
