We purchased the Badgy 200 to print ID cards for new employees. We provide home healthcare to seniors and it is important for our badges to be easy to recognize and read. The Badgy does both for us very well. We only print 5-7 cards per week, so we don't need a high volume printer and this only takes minutes to print. We are very happy with the resolution, color, and clarity. The software is easy to use and we are able to use photos taken from a webcam, cellphone, or taken from social media sources. It is a very simple process. As for support, we had a problem with our PC not recognizing the printer when we first installed. We contacted technical support and they got back to us within 12 hours and fixed the issue very quickly. This is much better customer service than I've had with other tech companies. We are very happy with our purchase and highly recommend this to others.

I went back and forth on whether or not to get the Bronze or Silver software. The difference is about $250 if you purchase on amazon. Without any ability to demo the product you are left guessing on the features and if they will be what you need. I went with the Bronze software and after using it decided I needed the Silver to be able to import CSV files. Their internal database software is very cumbersome and hard to use. You must build each column and data set 1 by 1. No ability to tab through or copy paste data base entries ect. When I decided to upgrade the price looked to be $400 which was odd because the difference on Amazon was only $250. When I talked to their customer service about the price difference they said "you should have bought it through us then we might be able to help you". I BOUGHT IT THROUGH THEIR AMAZON STORE!! I'm already a customer. I purchased their product and now they are jacking up the price on me. The person at customer service for BONDO was the rudest person I have ever talked to in customer service from the get go. Sierra was un willing to even see how odd this was and basically said "tough luck" and escalated to a supervisor who "might" call me back. If there is ANY other software that you can get for this printer I suggest using that. BONDO is a terrible company and has TERRIBLE Customer service.

We use the badgy 200 for school staff badges. Easy to use and create badges. My computer crashed and I lost some of my files. I called support and was very very impressed with the response time and the time it took to get it back up. I talked to Angelo, he was very polite and knowledgeable about the product and software. Thank you, Angelo! I just knew I would be on the phone waiting for support at least an hour. Took about 10 minutes.

We bought this to do one job for a customer that could get it done anywhere else for just a few cards. We were impressed to find something less than $1000 that could meet the need. Furthermore we were impressed with the overall quality, ease of installation and usage, and the software all included. This is a very nice and inexpensive bundle to get you started with printing these kind of cards. We are now looking for new ways to use it for our own needs. Great purchase!

The media could not be loaded. I was up and printing name badges in under 15 minutes! Print quality is excellent! This is a great choice for a medium size business! The Bondo software is easy to navigate and make sure our own high quality templates too!

The drivers for this printer are excessively difficult to install, and the errors you get during printing are more vague than a Picasso piece. The worst part was dealing with the ink ribbon which ... lets be honest ... no printer built after 2000 should be using ribbon ink anymore. The only thing I can say for certain is that the image-editing software for the badge printer works as expected and the print quality is good. I strongly advise getting better supported printers though. To actually "calibrate" the ink ribbon sensor required finding an extremely obscure debugging-command line with horrendously obscure command syntax. Literally the worst, least user-friendly printer software I have ever seen. At least it has worked well ever since and I have not had to touch it.

I have made multiple calls to Evolis for the past 3 workdays since 9/06/2019 to get help with our Badgy 200. I cannot get a human on the phone. It always goes to voicemail. I have left multiple messages with my details and no one has called back to help resolve my issues. The printer will not print correctly and it is having issues reading its own print ribbon that came with it. I contacted Bodno, and they will not fix or replace the item that was purchased until I get a work number from Evolis... The company that will not return my calls! This has been very frustrating for our company. The only help that we received was with the Amazon help center. They did as much troubleshooting with us as they could, but we could not figure out what the issue was. They gave us all the contact information for Bodno and Evolis. They even tried calling Evolis for us to get tech support and were unable to reach anyone. And of course, during all this, our return window has passed. I would suggest buying a different product with a different company.
