I had a great experience with Bodno support while setting up the printer I bought (Magicard 300). My 1st call was for help with updating the drive and Joseph answered right away and within 5 minutes my problem was fixed and I was good to go. I really appreciated that as I was really busy. The next day when I was able to use the printer the print quality was off and I suspected it was something I wasn't doing right. This time I spoke to Angelo , he spent a good amount of time answering all my questions, showing me how to adjust the settings and the print quality issue was now fixed. He clearly knew what he was doing and gave me extra tips I didn't know about. Both guys were polite, quick to respond and very helpful. Great support experiences!!! ... show more

UNLESS BOUGHT ON A MONDAY DONT BUY!!!!! I bought on a Friday tried to set it up it makes you register before you can even turn on the printer, so I do that and it asks for order number and then it says it didn’t work so to call so I called and I have to wait till next week to get a call back.

Downside is message reporting software license not detected every time you start the program. Needs to read it from a USB dongle and verify it online. I did a lot of research...and read a lot of reviews, and settled on the Magicard 300 to help us print ID cards for the clients we served. The printer came, with everything needed to get started...and the instructions for set-up were clear and straightforward. I had an issue with getting my computer to recognize the printer, and called tech support. Joseph could not have been any better...he talked me through giving him access to my computer...showed me how to get the printer up and running...and took another 15 minutes to show me shortcuts for how to accomplish the tasks I wanted to do in an easier method than I would have found out on my own. It was outstanding...and above and beyond what I could have expected. ... show more
