I had a great experience with Bodno support while setting up the printer I bought (Magicard 300). My 1st call was for help with updating the drive and Joseph answered right away and within 5 minutes my problem was fixed and I was good to go. I really appreciated that as I was really busy. The next day when I was able to use the printer the print quality was off and I suspected it was something I wasn't doing right. This time I spoke to Angelo , he spent a good amount of time answering all my questions, showing me how to adjust the settings and the print quality issue was now fixed. He clearly knew what he was doing and gave me extra tips I didn't know about. Both guys were polite, quick to respond and very helpful. Great support experiences!!! ... show more

So we purchased this last year, we did some initial testing, all worked well, however we did not notice the software version was different from what we ordered - we ordered gold and received bronze. 8 months later, we go to utilize the RFID for new ID cards, and realize the software version is not correct. Thankfully we kept all original boxing that verified we received bronze, but our amazon order clearly states GOLD. Contacted Bodno, hoping to get it resolved, but all we got was case tickets issued and immediately closed, so we have not gotten resolution - yet. Downside is message reporting software license not detected every time you start the program. Needs to read it from a USB dongle and verify it online.
