Great Printer!
We ordered this printer to use for our non profit healthcare clinic employee badges. It works great and we have no complaints! It actually works seamlessly with the program we already use, so we did not need to use the "create a badge" feature. :)

Make sure you get the correct software for the job you are doing
The printer works great! Our only frustration was discovering that we had to purchase additional software to print from an Excel spreadsheet. We use the printer to create backpack labels for our 400 elementary students, including customized labels with each student’s unique UPC lunch code printed on both the front and back. Now that we have the correct software, we love the printer! It is expensive, but it does exactly what we need it to do and gets the job done.

Easy to setup and use !!!
Magicard 300 was easy to setup and get started, the out of box software was limited, but that was expected. We were printing ID cards within 15 minutes and were extremely happy with the results.

Great Machine
This machine has been amazing for our small business. We are able to easily print on the front and back to make badges within minutes for our employees.

Beware software "license" cost after purchase
The software this printer comes with is basic and difficult to active/use. There is no mention of any license required at purchase but Bodno will email you in about a year or so stating you have to renew a software license or lose access. As if its not outrageous enough to require retro licensing post purchase, they want between $300 and $2000 a year for their simple clunky card editing software. The printer itself seems okay, but what good will it be after it's functionaly is disabled due to your software being held hostage?

Insure you follow set up instruction to the tee
Very nice and clear colors and print. Recommend. I was making cards using a laminating machine and this is much better and worth the price.

Great unit!!
As a print shop we look for functions that we can make money with. We were able to fill an order the same day that we received the printer. Software was a breeze and we were off and running. Looking forward to printing a lot more with it in the near future.
