    • Quality Echo power blower
I love Echo products. My previous blower experienced a problem with the spark plug connector after 20 years. So, I decided to get a new one. I was disappointed that I could not order it directly from Echo or my local Home Depot. I was very pleased to find it listed on Amazon. It arrived quickly and was packaged securely for shipping. It took just a few minutes to install and I was up and running. It works great and is quite powerful. I like the backpack feature, which makes it easy to carry. It's not exactly light, but also not so heavy that it becomes burdensome to use. The throttle is connected to the tub (once you install it) and makes it easy to operate. This is a quality Echo product at a consumer level. They are easy to maintain and I expect this to last just as long as my previous Echo blower. So far so good. I've used it a couple times and it has performed well. It moves a sufficient amount of air for my needs. It starts very easy after priming and appears to be made well. The only "negative" is it's fairly heavy

    • Works great as expected
Really like this blower - replaced my old hand held Husqvarna unit that had become difficult to start. The Echo starts on 2-3 pulls. Has plenty of power and isn't real load. It is a bit cumbersome to get on my back but once I get it mounted it is reasonably comfortable.

    • Great Quality Blower for the Money
Great blower with strong power not available in other brands for the price. I had an old hand held Echo which I recently sold, after 20 minutes it became heavy to use and took too much time to clean my property due to limited power. This Echo backpack is a beast and does the job in less than half the time. It is a little heavier than expected but comfortable enough to wear for a couple of hours. Very pleased with the purchase and love the 5-year gtee for non commercial use. Only complaint is that Echo could have done a better job on the instruction manual for assembly as it contained several different models with different features. Assembly was easy once you picked through the badly laid out manual. Highly recommend and love using this blower. ... show more

    • Nice blower
Purchased to replace the same product that was destroyed when a tree crushed our porch. Used the old one for 3 years with absolutely no problems. Starts every time on 2 to 3 pulls. I have been very satisfied with all my Echo tools ( chainsaws, weed eater, both hand held and backpack blower).

    • Kills. Mosquitoes. Dead.
I’ve only used it once, and within an hour, the mosquitoes were none existent. It’s been muggy here in southern NJ and I’m used to getting eaten alive in the back yard. Not now. I did it 5 days ago and not a bite so far. We’ll see how it goes over the long run, but so far, so great!! The unit works great, the results on the bugs has more to do with what insecticide your using. It spread mine great and even, and after a few adjustments to the amount, I was on track. Started right away and ran smooth. BE AWARE OF THE WEIGHT!! Water weighs about 8.25lbs/gallon. I found it workable with 2 gallons and the chems, because the tank is up top and makes it top heavy.
