These auger bits DO NOT FIT—I REPEAT DO NOT FIT—the gas-powered Harbor Freight earth auger. This is a 3/4 diameter bit, and the Harbor Freight takes a 7/8". These bits are also very lightweight and do not feel as strong/sturdy/beefy as the harbor freight auger bits.

Tears through the ground weLL using a 72cc Auger machine. WiLL work weLL on smaLLer roots. If you hit larger roots the machine wiLL kick hard and could fracture your wrist or shoulder if you’re not paying close attention. Divide your area into quadrants. Auger a hole in each quadrant and finish in the middle with the 8” auger. Roots are your nemesis. Use a 4 inch bit to break the roots & then you are in the clear to power-auger holes for planting trees or arborvitaes. Fits standard 3/4” Auger machines. Comes with pin cotter pin. ... show more
