This thing is amazing. It just showed up same day and I've been using it for 20 minutes. Already, I have decided I'm quitting my job and will sit here on this couch with this contraption until I get foreclosed on and they carry me out of my house, still on this couch, with this thing wrapped around my neck. In all seriousness, best non-person massager I've personally experienced. We have $9k massaging chairs at my office and this thing is better. You can adjust it to do your neck, shoulders, back etc.. You can put your arms in the loopholes and create tension and move it where you want it. Others have said the heat doesn't work great or work, mine works and gets warm (perfect temp in my opinion), but it is still brand new. Even if the heat broke, I want to be buried with this thing. I thought I'd end up sending this back, but ended up loving it! I'm an editor and so often end up spending hours at the computer, ending up with a pretty sore neck (my fault--my posture is not as good as it should be). Enter this massager. It's big and clunky and looks kinda ridiculous, but it makes my neck feel great! I have found that the best way to use it (for me) is to start it on low speed with the heat on (it doesn't get hot, but there is a soothing warmth) and use the straps to gently guide it up and down my neck (which is surprisingly easy to do). I continue, increasing the speed to full, for about 5 minutes at a time. These short treatments afford me the most relief. The massage really relaxes the muscles in my neck, and I find the effects cumulative (if I skip using it for a day or two, I really realize how good it is). It's still working perfectly, it's easy to use, and a great massager for the price. My only (very minor) complaint is that the controls are awkwardly placed, so I have to twist my neck to look at them and be sure I'm pressing the button I need. Aside from that, it's a great product. my fiances birthday was last week and i really wanted to get him one of these!!! hes had back pain for years along with many other body pains and he only just turned 30. so ive been wanting to get him something like this for a very long time, but i had very low expectations for this massager, even though i read all the amazing reviews and thoroughly went through amazon searching for the right one and read all the raving reviews on a lot of them i still didnt think much was going to come out of getting one of these. but we just never had any luck with them working the way we want them too. so after reading many many reviews i jumped. still wasnt sure if it was going to work for him so when it arrived in the mail i didnt even bother to wrap it lol i just plugged that sucker in and made him try it out. so good news is everything works perfectly, the massager part rotates on its own in intervals so it doesnt become repeative which i thought was pretty kewl. i love that it has a heat setting, although i do wish it would be just a tad bit hotter but i get why they couldnt do that. so everything works and he seemed to love it for his feet. the reason for the 4 stars is only because my fiance is such a big man that the massager is more fitting for a smaller person. so when on his neck the kneading balls doesnt fit right. so the gap between the balls isnt big enough so where my neck fit perfectly it was extremely uncomfortable for him. so when i tried it i fell in love cuz it fit my neck just right and i tried so badly to try different postitions for him to see if we could find the right way he could get comfortable where he could enjoy it but nothing seemed to work and it just ended up hurting his neck a little. so i would def recommend this product to anybody thats under 200 pound. this product is def amazing and i love it.but now my gift to my fiance is now really my gift lol but i will def be using it and hopefully i can find one that will fit his body structure one day ... show more

This is the best at home/ portable massager I have ever used. I have spent a lot of money on massages, hydro massage and fancy massage chairs and this is by far the best. With a manual massage costing close to $80 in my location this has more than paid for itself in the first week. I use it daily and it really has helped make my entire body more relaxed and less pain. Massager part works pretty good. But the "heat" function is nonexistent. Also, the cord that connects to it to plug into the wall is so short. Not sure if I'll keep this or not.

I was skeptical that a robot massager would help the way a professional human would, but I've had a frustrating knot in my shoulder I couldn't get out myself and really didn't want to book a professional. In desperation I purchased this (cheaper than a human massage!) and I unpacked it and tried it out as soon as it arrived. I was shocked to find it helped my shoulder! I felt relief I hadn't felt in days. Did it permanently take care of my annoying shoulder? No, but I'm pretty sure my pillow and the way I sleep is causing it, so it's not the massager's fault. I've been using it almost daily since and it definitely is giving me relief on that darned shoulder muscle. I will say, don't go overboard. When I felt relief in my shoulder I decided to try it all up and down my back, did too much, and was a bit tender to the touch the next day. The only thing that would make this massager better is if it came with a little bag to put it in for storage, but that's pretty minor. ... show more
