The clipper came brand new. In great condition. It’s wonderful ergonomically don’t let social media fool you people calling it the size of a berrito it’s not true at all. It’s smaller and lighter than a andis master. It’s a high quality clipper. It’s not too loud. The one problem I had but I did contact Amazon support about this….they corrected it for me and, made it right was that in the babyliss sight and tomb 45 sight you get the charging mat free once you add it to the cart the mat becomes zero dollars but amazon doesn’t do that for some reason. Amazon did apologize and gave me enough Amazon credit to get the charging pad free. Well done Amazon! thank you! You may see I’m a free user for Amazon but I actually bought this clipper. Best clippers in my arsenal!! The 7500 RPM cuts through hair like butter. The battery only used 15-20% for a self cut and the guards are great. About to purchase the trimmers now!! (Edit): My only gripe is they didn’t come with the charging pad from Amazon and is sold separately as opposed to if you ordered online the charging pad is free ... show more

First let me say I'm an andis clipper guy,been a barber for over 30 years and I had to put the cordless masters down!! These clippers are quiet,strong and cut thru anything!!! Lightweight !!! And almost all guards fit!!very satisfied!!!
