    • Hard to get support on defective items
The blade was misaligned. The instructions explain how to align it, but even after following them, the tolerance to adjust is not enough to make the blade make straight cuts. Getting support from Ridgid is proving complicated, having had to call to get an email to register the tool, and then having issues with the account. It's better to buy from a different brand, as fixing defective tools isn't worth the effort. ... show more
