I really like these baby monitors. The sound and picture quality is good. I have purchased two of them for both my sons over the last 3 years. Recently, the one that I purchased a year and a half ago started giving me problems. The connection with the wiring was loose on the camera and I had to adjust it a lot to get the video on the screen. I emailed the company and even though it is 1 1/2 years old they sent me another one within a few days, no questions asked. Most companies would not do that or they make you jump through a thousand hoops. I have never had an issue with the one I bought 3 years ago, it still works perfectly! I’ve had this for 2 years so far and it’s great. I added a second camera so I have one in each room. The picture is clear, even in night mode. I’ve gotten signal everywhere in my house and even downstairs so it works fine through walls and floors. The range isn’t super far so you can’t go next door or anything but it should work in most normal houses. Still charges and works just fine after 2 years.     • Very good for the price
Look, I'm not a millionaire and cannot justify spending hundreds of dollars on a baby monitor. This one does the job, and it does the job well. It has a temp Guage, zoom in feature (which is the reason I purchased it because this mama wants to see if her boy is breathing) I can move the camera up,down,left,&right. It plays music but In my opinion that feature is dumb because it plays it on both the camera and the parent unit? I don't want to hear that. We have a hatch so don't use it. I can turn up the volume and even hear my baby breathing if the camera is near him. The voice option is great to "shush" baby from downstairs, night vision is great too. I like that the camera and parent unit are charged with the same charger. Great for this lazy mom n for travel. So fat no connection issues, and the range is working great. Haven't tested how far it goes but In my 1700 Sq ft house I can go anywhere and can still see my baby. I've seen in another review that a mom had connected multiple cameras and got someone else's house. Not sure what to think about that, but in all honesty, if your posting pics of your kid on social media, your already taking that risk. Really like the monitor, great video quality but the rechargeable battery dies quickly! Been using the monitor just for naps for 3 months and the battery only holds for half an hour. Have to keep the monitor plugged in. It will be fully charged 4 bars and 5-10 minutes later the battery goes down 2 bars ... show more

    • Not bad overall; no Smart connections, video battery does not last through the night
We bought this product for my mom, who came to live with us and has multiple health issues. I mostly just wanted to be able to hear her if she called for help in the night and see her if she fell on her way to/from the bathroom. We didn't keep the audio on because the 'white noise' disturbed my sleeping (did not disturb my husband). We must plug the video display in before going to sleep because the power doesn't last through the night. That said, I've never had a problem with connections, video screen, or receiving someone else's video or vice versa (that has always been an issue with these older style monitors). It DOES pan around very nicely and I can hear in the room fairly well, even with the white noise. There is volume control and brightness control which allows me to see in the darkest winter night. It is not a Smart device, so it does not connect to your phone or even to wi-fi. It's a traditional (old-fashioned) camera. I'm not sure I'd purchase again if at the present price of $69.99, but maybe $39.99. ... show more
