I looked at many different hitches before purchasing this and I really like it. I have a F150 and typically tow 3-7k loads on open and enclosed trailers. I like the simplicity of this hitch as well as how quickly it converts and hides the balls on the inside to avoid catching it with my shin. I can't comment on how many lbs it will hold but have not had one issue for an average load. This dual ball hitch was built with tight tolerances preventing shifting or rattles. No shims or rubber inserts needed to keep it quiet. It is so smooth when changing positions that I keep it turned under the receiver which provides a good 8-12" of additional space when parking in a garage or lot.
