Love this hitch! I use all three sizes so this was perfect for my needs. It's heavy but when your towing as much weight as it's rated for you want heavy duty. Pins are smooth and easy to use. Finish is nice and expected to last if you don't damage it backing into the trailer tongue. would buy again if the need ever came again.

Saved my truck on the first tow. The adjustability of the hitch literally saved my tail on the first trip. I had to brake so hard that the previous hitch (which was jerky due to positioning) would have definitely failed. Do it right and invest in good gear. Worth it here

The B&W Tow & Stow Hitch is incredibly versatile and well-built. The tri-ball design handles all my trailers effortlessly, and the 5" drop is ideal for different heights. Sturdy construction and easy adjustments make towing up to 18,000 lbs a breeze. Highly recommend!

I give BW almost five stars all the way except for the three R Clips used to hold the three removable pins. They keep disappearing and I have to buy new ones. Actually I keep a bag of clips in my truck since I do not want to loose the expensive pins. BW needs to figure out a way around the clips. Other than the clips, this is the best hitch you can buy, well made and easy to use And it looks great, you can see pride in manufacturing I have a problem with Amazon since they sent me the wrong one. I bought the one with three balls and 2.5 inch shank. Amazon sent me a different one with two balls and 2 inch shank. I have a 2.5 inch receiver , and I ended up buying an adapter from an auto part store and kept it, why? Because it is very heavy and I did not want to go through the hassle of a return. But Amazon gets one star for not sending me what I paid for, even the part number was different , I am guessing someone else got my piece. Having said that, this type of failure is extremely rare with Amazon from personal experience,

Product is high quality and heavy duty. Like having an all in one hitch. However if you own a GMC with the tailgate that has the drop down step the hitch will damage the tailgate. It’s not the ball but the top of the hitch that slides into the receiver. It sits up high enough that the tailgate hits it when the step is down. I was hoping to leave the hitch installed but will have to remove it when not using and remember to not use the step when it’s installed.
