Very user friendly, unlike my last dash cam. This requires a beautiful video. This video captures my entire front hood. Has fantastic video & sound quality. My husband bought me one because my old camera was no longer working. He kept raving about how much he loved mine, once he plugged it in and started using it. He kept commenting on the quality & how easy it was to use. I surprised him on his birthday and bought him one too!! It replaces its dash cam which doesn't have a screen. He had to connect it to his phone to see what footage was captured..We both love this camera set. Two thumbs up!!

This is a great camera, easy to set up and use. The only thing I don’t like about it is with my polarized sunglasses, I can’t see the screen so I can’t easily tell that it is working. With my previous dash cam by this same maker, I could easily glance up and see that it was working and aimed properly. To see this one I have to slide my glasses down to take a peak. Other than that, I liked the fact that I can view the videos on my phone without having to use an SD card or adapter.

This device will not loop record tried on 1 and 3mins video settings. It just won't delete the oldest file and write over it. App for Android used to connect but after Nov 2023 update it will connect but can't access the cam from your phone anymore. No firmware update from day one. So there is no hope of getting anything fixed. Stay away from this brand Update 1 AZdome sent out a replacement unit. The firmware is newer than my old unit. I am testing it out now since I will have to wait til the storage is full to see if it will loop record we will have to wait for the result Found a workaround for the app not accessing the dashcam. by deleting (forgetting) the dashcam wifi connection on my phone and setting it up again. the AZdome app was able to see Dascam via its Wi-Fi connection. so a fresh connection will let the app access the cam. so every time you wanna pull footage of the cam by using the app you will have to reset that.

I upgraded to this one because I like capturing multiple angles simultaneously. In my opinion, installation and use is very easy, just plug-and-play. The only thing is that it takes time to learn all the features it has and keep learning it. It's very useful for capturing some of the fun memories we've had with our family and kids recently, that's why I'm sharing these impressions. compared to my previous camera, I can only see the road. The most convenient feature that I personally use frequently is the direct Wi Fi connection to the phone. I really like it and have no regrets, I recommend this product to office friends.
