    • Amazing Camera Quality in a Small Package
The Azdome dashcam is amazing, with superb visual and audio quality compared to other dashcams that I have owned in the past. Whether it be in the night or day, it captures license plates and other smaller details that can often be blurred by other cameras perfectly. The voice commands are also very responsive and work great, and I don't believe I've had any issues with them in the past month that I have been using this dashcam for. Included is a 64gb sd card but I upgraded mine to 128gb so I can store more footage. Overall 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a small profile dashcam for their car. ... show more

    • Good camera with good video quality, but has some quirks
First the good. This a great two camera kit that's pretty much complete with cables, tool, clips, extra adhesive pads, extra mount and a 64GB micro SD card. The only other money to be spent would be for the hard-wiring kit, which is required for parking mode. Add about $20 to the total price for that. I had such high hopes for this camera as it checked off almost all the boxes I was looking for: GPS, Super Capacitor, WiFi, QHD or better. Only thing lacking is a third camera for the cabin. However, the app and this product's firmware need some attention. I don't need to have the WiFi on continuously and would rather the firmware had an option to leave the WiFi off unless turned on via button press. This is something 70 Mai's cameras have. On my 70 Mai camera, I'd push the button to turn on the WiFi, when I needed to connect to the camera for images and video. But that camera would default to WiFi off every time the car started per the setting in the app. I could have just as easily set it to come on by default. I don't understand why AZ Dome can't do the same. It's possible to toggle the WiFi by holding down the button for 3 seconds, but there's no way to leave it off until you want it on. Every time the car is started and the camera gets power, the WiFi is turned back on. The app is unreliable even when the phone is connected to the camera's WiFi network. The app will say it's not connected and send you back into your phone's settings, where you'll see that you are indeed connected to the camera's WiFi network. The only fix is to disconnect and reconnect to the same network. This is happens when you get back into the car and start it up. The phone connects to the camera's network, likely the only WiFi network you've got saved when away from home. But the app will insist you're not connected to the network and make you disconnect and reconnect to the same SSID. Hopefully an update will fix this soon. The other problems is the app wanting so many permissions it doesn't need. And it will continue to harass you every time it starts up to enable Location permissions continuously. I don't see why it needs to run in the background continuously track your location, even when I'm out of my car. Or why does it need location permissions when the app isn't being used? For the price, it's an adequate kit. But there are some rough spots I'm hoping the AZDOME can smooth up via future app and firmware updates. ... show more

    • Works as advertised!
First off, this is my second purchase of this product. And it was even less expensive than the first one I purchased. Go figure. Of course, installation was easier than when I installed my first one into my PU truck. Even though this second installation was in my wife's Nissan Rogue, the experience of installing one in my pickup made a big difference. But to be clear, installation in both vehicles was easy to be sure, far easier than I initially expected. Use of the product is even easier than its installation. Get into the vehicle, turn on power, and bingo, it's recording front and back without any other initiation by me (or my wife.) Viewing live or previously recorded video using my phone via a direct wifi connection it easier still. Downloading a video to my phone takes some time. It's certainly not instantaneous. Viewing a video on a big screen doea require removing the micro SD card to a laptop to transfer the file. No biggie I guess, since the idea here is to have recorded evidence of a driving mishap, not to review uneventful travel data. Just saying. I have viewed some of my first recordings, and all is of good quality. Tag numbers can be easily identified IF you are close enough. Trying to do so father than the naked eye can easily make out is an effort in futility. These cameras aren't telescopic. They are simply Webcams. Pretty good Webcams, but Webcams notheless. I am happy with both my purchases, and I feel my money was well spent. They seem to be doing the task the were purchsed for and doing it remarkably well. Theses cameras aren't CIA spook technology, they are just some pretty good webcams. Enuff said? ... show more

I purchased this dashcam to replace my old one. did not disappoint. easy to install and quality videos. The unit is small, does not get in the way when driving. customer service is incredible. fast shipping and availability to resolve problems. my original unit was faulty, the rear camera was not coming on. I contacted AZDOME when everythingi tried failed to fix the problem. They gave me some pointers to try, when this did not work, they sent me a replacement. ... show more

    • Good camera, horrible app
The camera is great, but the app is horrible. It doesn't connect to let me view the footage, that you have to connect to to view. I haven't found a way to reset it. I've messaged them through the app for help but haven't heard anything. Hopefully there is a way to fix it or reset it

    • M300S Superior quality dashcam at a great price.
The M300S dashcam is small n very compact but is a powerhouse and performs flawlessly. I loved it's 4k HD video quality and its smooth recording capabities. Dashcam comes complete with power cables, rear camera and mounting accessories and is very easy to install in any vehicle. I purchased it for it's ability to document vehicle driving movement history and to also protect my vehicle overnight if someone hits or shakes the vehicle while parked. Nothing not to like with this cam since this product out performs a majority of others in its class in both price and quality and even other higher priced models. Mr. Sun from Azdome responded right away to several questions I had about programming and helped me resolve all my customer support inquiries.
