The cycle between trickle and maintenance is repeated indefinitely to keep the battery at full charge, without overcharging.

It is automatically set up plug and play. These are the best battery chargers for your vehicle on the market. It’s way better than Battery tender. Simple to use and lightweight. It seems well made and has good protective features for overcharging, over load and over current. It did a good job of charging up a 80Ah deep cycle battery and a portable generator. It ran a bit hot during the initial charging so be sure it has plenty of air space around it.

I used this trickle charger to charge a AGM battery in my third car that is not driven that often. THe battery went flat after sitting in the cold weather unused for quite a long time. I charged it for about 5 days an the battery is good like new. The car started right up without any issues. It works great for motorcycle, lawnmower, lawn tractor, portable generator, car and SUV.

Charger was great while it worked. Now, instead of charging the battery, it drains them entirely overnight. AXTRA customer service is sending a new charger, even now after 2 years from purchase -- pretty amazing these days.

I needed something to keep my portable generator battery charged while I stored it. It does the job and I am sure the battery will be ready when it is necessary employ it. This battery charger trickle charger maintainer is small and effective slow charging and float charging as needed.
