I use this primarily to soak clothes in Tide ultra oxi powder. That detergent gets my delicates, towels and clothes so clean without having to scrub. I live in a condo and although I do have a decent amount of storage room, I didn't want anything taking up a ton of space. This is perfect! I use it and then collapse it and store it in a closet, either sideways or flat and it fits. I was afraid this would leak since it is plastic, but it doesn't. Seems quite durable also. The item arrived in an Amazon box with zero packaging to protect it. Just the brown shipping box and this thin plastic item, so not surprised to see other reviews have it show up with cracks. It’s not even in a plastic bag or has any of this shipping air cushions in the box. Nonetheless, it did arrive seemingly without damage despite that, but the way it was shipped made it look like something someone tossed in a box while cleaning their house. As for the product itself, it looked and felt cheaper than what I perceived in the pictures, so not sure how durable it will be long term. The handle doesn’t quite give me a feeling of sturdiness, but time will tell. I like the collapsible nature of it and it collapses and expands fairly easily. Once expanded I don’t get the feeling it will collapse on its own so that’s a plus. As for the size, a saw someone mention a foot size much larger than mine fitting in there easily. Not really sure how. I have size 111/2 to 12 and my toes are slightly bent once my foot is in there. Once I sit they just fit to the edge of the foot area with no wiggle room, so for me it’s tight, not sure how anything larger would be comfortable. All in all it does the basic job I was looking for, holds water (I also like the high sides), and can be collapsed to store out of the way. Just wish it were maybe 1” bigger at the base. ... show more

This arrived in perfect condition. Even though it is collapsible it is sturdy enough and I can even use the handle to hold it when it has water in it. The foot pattern at the bottom has raised bumps that are a bit hard to get used to but they serve as a way for the Epsom salts to benefit the bottom of my feet as well, and I easily got used to the discomfort of sharp raised bumps! Just don't stand on them!!! I guess if they bothered me a lot I could toss in a towel to cover them. Overall, I'm delighted with this product. I've used it twice already.
