Used this for the first time and already love it. The multiple modes with different intensities is amazing. Have only used 3 modes on the 1-2 intensity and you can FEEL the machine working. The app is super useful. I haven't finished exploring it, but so far it gives you a recommended daily schedule of what modes to use. The app also has a counter so you can track how long you have been using the wand in the specific area you are in. It also has an area where you can take your before and after pics, as well as connect with other users who also use the device. I watched a couple of tutorials on Youtube on how to use the wand and thats also been super helpful. I don't think ill use it 3x a day as instructed, but morning and night seems realistic for me and im excited to see results. Definitely dont get if you’re not serious about your skin care because its not cheap and like anything skin care related, im no expecting it to work just with one time use or if you use it for 30 seconds a day.

I just can’t say enough about how wonderful this product is. First of all it is made very well, a nice amount of weight to it—in other words not cheap plastic. When I use it I feel like I am pampering myself. There are four different modes and I encourage you to read about each one in the product description here on Amazon. I have seen a significant difference in pore size, discoloration, and wrinkles. I also have an all over glowy look. I will add some before and after pictures after I have used the product a little while longer. I became interested in Medicube after I used their pore mask. I am in my 60s and my 26 year-old daughter said that she noticed that my pores were much smaller after using the mask. Since then, I’ve added several MediCube products to my lineup and plan to continue using them moving forward. I’m not only impressed with the quality, but also the affordability. Although this product can be used with any skin care.

Going to Neurologist after first use due to extreme nerve irritation - buyer beware. I was so excited to get the Medicube Age R Booster Pro and used it one time after reading the instructions and watching the how to use videos available on the medicube app. I used the device as instructed and at level 1 for the treatment after applying all of my skincare. Within 10 minutes of using the device the right side of my face started to feel really off. It felt difficult to move, tingly, and significantly heavier than the left side of my face. My face appeared normal and I was still able to move it however it did not and still does not feel normal. I posted a note on the Medicube app the same day asking if others had experienced anything similar and looking for any insight into what could have happened. The next day there was some improvement in the feeling but still residual heaviness and tingling in the right side of my face above the eyebrow, along my cheekbone, jawline and the area that the trigeminal nerve covers. After a few days of the feeling still lingering and my concern growing I went to see my primary care physician and dermatologist both of whom recommended going to see a neurologist since the symptoms seem in line with nerve irritation and neither of them knew the best course of action. I am still experiencing the nerve irritation over a week after using this device one time. This has honestly been one of the scariest and most stressful situations especially not knowing if things will get better or worse and not knowing if the odd sensation in the right side of my face is something I will have to deal with indefinitely. I do not recommend this device at all and if you are going to use it strongly suggest consulting with a medical professional.
