I use this to help my feet from recovering after working on concrete. The good points are: I love the rotating massagers. They’re way ahead of just having a vibrating element. It’s great how easily you can control the temperature with the remote. (Came with 2 remotes 👍) Also the way it can collapse down to save space, great ingenuity and easy to do. I wear size 11-1/2 shoes and lengthwise it fits my feet good, but that brings me to some things I didn’t like. The bad points: I wish they would raise the middle massager to make contact under the arch of your foot. As it is, the middle massager will never touch your foot unless you’re flat footed, period. Another design point I don’t like is how close the individual foot areas are from each other. I am overweight, and I realize the costs of making the machine wider, but they are too close to be able to set both feet flat on the pads at the same time. I end up having to either do one foot at a time, or put up with only massaging the outside half of my feet. Maybe they could angle them toward the outside a bit so your feet can come in at an angle?? If it’s hard to understand what I mean, try setting in a chair, with your feet flat on the floor, keeping your toes and ankles only 4” or so apart. For me, it’s not comfortable. I guess I’ll just do one foot at a time. I am glad I bought the foot spa (Hospan - FS02A), I just wish it was better designed to accommodate larger people like me. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. The best! I love it! I only wish I could do this to my entire body. It’s so comfortable! The noise is not too loud, it’s definitely not annoying to hear, it’s very soothing. It’s collapsible which is great! I love that it has a cover for storing away. It also came with an extra remote in case I lose it. I love that it heats up. You can control how warm you like it. I went for a nice 106 degrees. The massager works great! I had worn heels to work today, and I tell ya my feet were sore and I could feel the blisters getting ready to pop out. The massager is definitely doing its job. Super happy with this purchase. I can definitely see myself and husband using this quite often. This is definitely a great gift idea! We’ll test the longevity in a few months. After a 12-hr shift in manufacturing, my feet are sore beyond description. I bought this foot spa half on a whim & half intensely researched. It gets nice & hot, keeping the water at my desired temperature. The rotating massage balls are magical, strong, and kneed out the knots in my soles. You can add Epsom salts, too. Breaking down and setting up just to be able to store it in a smaller area is more effort than its worth because its still BIG, others you just rinse out, dry and put away. The infrared remote is a hassle because you still have to lean forward and move your legs to point it directly at the device and then you have to check to make sure what you wanted to do, worked. The bubbles are practically non existent, I had to look several times to make sure they were working, could hardly feel them at all. The massage was ok if you don't mind having to reposition your feet every few seconds. The water heater inlet is just between your feet at the big toe and you may get burned if your feet relax towards the center. It does get very hot. The center support is not locked in very secure and is easily knocked out of place. I had high hopes but was sorely disappointed for such a high price. ... show more
